Terms of use

1. Operator

Schön! Video Publisher is operated by Schön! Publishing GmbH, Prinzenstr. 85d, 10969 Berlin, Germany, registered at Amtsgericht Berlin Charlottenburg under HRB 232337.

2. Restricted access

The application is an internal editorial tool and is not offered to the general public. Only employees, contractors or agents expressly authorised by Schön! Publishing GmbH may access or use it.

3. Channel authorisation

Users must connect only a YouTube channel they are authorised to manage. Before an upload, the user must confirm the intended channel, video, title, description and visibility. Credentials and access may not be shared with unauthorised persons.

4. Content responsibility

Users must upload only material that Schön! Publishing GmbH is entitled to publish and must respect copyright, music, privacy, publicity and other third-party rights. The application does not remove or replace YouTube’s copyright checks, Content ID decisions, Community Guidelines or platform enforcement.

5. YouTube and Google terms

Use of the YouTube integration is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Developer Policies and Google Privacy Policy. YouTube is not a sponsor of and does not endorse Schön! Video Publisher.

6. Availability and liability

The tool is provided for Schön!’s internal operational use. Availability may depend on Vimeo, WordPress, Google, YouTube, Hetzner and network services. Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations.

7. Suspension and termination

Schön! Publishing GmbH may suspend access where necessary to protect content, credentials, data or platform compliance. When access ends, the user must stop using the application. Related authorised YouTube API data and credentials will be deleted in accordance with the retention policy.

8. Governing law and contact
